Connecting Women Business Conference
In registering for an event, workshop, conference, forum or activity hosted by Brain Thinking, Oh She Did or Toni Lontis., delegates and speakers agree to the following terms and conditions:
Privacy
Specifically, your contact details will be used to compile a delegate / attendee list that will be used by Brain Thinking, Oh She Did and Toni Lontis event organisers; venues and accommodation providers for the purpose of room bookings (if applicable); sponsors; and parties associated with related events. If you are a speaker, your presentation documents may be loaded onto an online platform to provide delegates access to view them after the event.
You acknowledge and accept that your email address (Email addresses of delegates and attendees) will be added to the email lists of Brain Thinking, Oh She Did and Toni Lontis.
Should you not wish for your details to be used for these purposes, please contact the event organisers at least two weeks prior to the event. You can email either kerryhortrowe@brainthinking.com.au or rochelle@ohshedid.com
Photography and Recording
I irrevocably authorise and grant Brain Thinking, Oh She Did or Toni Lontis the right to:
- Record me (picture and voice) on photographs, film and / or video, for audio and visual production. (the Recording)
- Edit the Recording into a photo gallery / short film / webinar (which may include other recordings and material);
- Use my name and likeness, voice or other information concerning me; and
- Screen or place online (including on social media) the Recording.
I hereby release Brain Thinking, Oh She Did or Toni Lontis from any infringement or violation of personal and / or property rights of any sort whatsoever based up on the use of the recording.
I acknowledge that Brain Thinking, Oh She Did and Toni Lontis owns and shall own all rights, title and interest (including copyright) in the Recording.
I further acknowledge that Brain Thinking, Oh She Did and Toni Lontis is not obliged to use the Recording.
I warrant that I have full power to enter into this Release and that the terms of this Release do not in any way conflict with any existing commitment on my part.
I understand I will receive no monies for this Recordings.
While under no obligation to do so, Brain Thinking, Oh She Did and Toni Lontis will consider any reasonable request not to sue or to stop using particular Recordings. Such requests should be made in writing.
Should you not wish to grant Brain Thinking, Oh She Did and Toni Lontis these rights, please contact us at least two weeks prior to the event.
Disclaimer
At the time of registration, Brain Thinking, Oh She Did and Toni Lontis provided the most recent information available and the delegate and/or speaker accept that the content and/or delivery of the event can change beyond the control of Brain Thinking, Oh She Did or Toni Lontis. Brain Thinking, Oh She Did or Toni Lontis will not take responsibility for any errors, omissions and changes to the program or content of the event. Brain Thinking, Oh She Did and Toni Lontis reserve the right to make changes as it deems necessary without penalty and in such situations no refunds, part refunds or alternative offers shall be made.
- Brain Thinking, Oh She Did and Toni Lontis reserve the right to update the Disclaimer and Terms and Conditions without notice to you.
- Brain Thinking, Oh She Did and Toni Lontis cannot control all content published or disseminated at the event. You may find other delegates, participants, communications, graphics, audio files or other information inappropriate, offensive, harmfulm, inaccurate, dishonest or misleading and/or deceptive, however you along are solely responsible for your interaction with other delegates and attendees and agree to act responsibility and exercise caution, common sense and safety while in attendance at the conference.
- Brain Thinking, Oh She Did and Toni Lontis, it’s directors, employees, servants, agents and affiliates shall not be liable for any losses, damages, liabilities, claims or expenses whatsoever arising out of or referable to the event.
Registration
If a person is registering on behalf of a delegate/s, attendee/s it is the responsibility of that person to notify the delegate / attendee of the terms and conditions of registering, for which they will be agreeing to on the behalf of the delegate or attendee. Responsibility also includes providing full details of the delegate’s / attendee’s registration details as confirmed.
Cancellation
All cancellations must be notified to Brain Thinking, Oh She Did or Toni Lontis in writing before the cancellation can be processed.
Cancellations will not be deemed to be received until you have writing confirmation from Brain Thinking, Oh She Did or Toni Lontis. If you have not receive acknowledgement within two (2) business days, please contact Oh She Did on 0417 949 560.

Fees and Payments
Payment to the event must be made as per details on the registration page. Payment is to be made via credit card by the due dates specified on the individual event landing page.
Indemnity
Should, for any reason outside the control of Brain Thinking, Oh She Did or Toni Lontis, the venue or speakers change or the event be canceled, Brain Thinking, Oh She Did and Toni Lontis will endeavour to reschedule. In this instance the delegate / attendee will indemnify and hold Brain Thinking, Oh She Did and Toni Lontis harmless from and against any and all costs, damages and expenses. Brain Thinking, Oh She Did and Toni Lontis does not accept responsibility for, and the delegate / attendee indemnifies Brain Thinking, Oh She Did nd Toni Lontis against, any costs, charges or fines incurred by the delegate in the process of attending the event. This agreement is subject to the laws within Australia and agreement to these terms and conditions indicates acceptance of this indemnity
Insurance
Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that all delegates and attendees take out personal travel and medical insurance prior to attending the event. The policy should include loss of fees through cancellation of your participation or through cancellation of the event itself, loss of airfares for any reason, medical expenses, loss of damage to person property, additional expenses and repatriation should travel arrangements have to be altered. Brain Thinking, Oh She Did and Toni Lontis will not take any responsibility for any delegate or attendee daily to insure.
Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable in damages or have the right to terminate this Agreement for any delay or default in performing hereunder if such delay or default is caused by conditions beyond it’s control including, but not limited to Acts of God, Government restrictions (*including the denial or cancellation of any export or other necessary licence), wars, insurrections an/or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the party whose performance is effected.
Entire Agreement
Subject to any amendments specified in subsequent event order forms or terms and conditions, the event order form and these terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior discussions, negotiations and agreements in relation to the event.
